Liked: Everything was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.They have a really large free parking lot, a great pool, a garden, a table tennis table,...Excellent breakfasts.But the most important thing is the staff, very friendly and helpful.I enclose photo of a single room.
Disliked: There is totally nothing from me to complain.

Liked: Close to Cantina Terlan. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable.

Liked: Good location, clean premises, excellent pool and surrounding space at the property. Free parking and decent breakfast. Value for money.
Disliked: Because of its good location and reasonable pricing the hotel can be frequented by noisy guests/groups. In those cases the junior management showed its inexperience. Definitely needs more on the ground training, also in PR.

Liked: The place was very cozy with a nice view and near to the city center. The personnel was extremely welcoming, kind and attentive. We did appreciate the fact the travel card was included with free access to all local public means of transport (we did enjoy the cable car and had a wonderful promenade in the upper part of the mountain). Nice breakfast was very well appreciated as well. Thank you
