Liked: Beautiful town house hotel close to lake and only 8 mins walk from station. Friendly staff and superb rear garden with food and drinks served in green oasis.
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: Room was stuffy & difficult to air.

Liked: Nice hotel, smiling staff, good location, beautiful small garden, tasty breakfast.
Disliked: No air-conditioning in the room.

Ok stay. The top floor...

Liked: Like the beds and natural light. Location was fantastic.
Disliked: The heat. Was really hot the first night, even the mattress was hot. Was on the 4th floor, up 4 flights of stairs. No elevator. We’re travelling for 6 weeks and have 2 suitcases (1 x big 1 x small each). The heat got us. A portable fan would have been nice. Would be nice to be informed about public transport, buses to catch to get to hotel etc.

Liked: Amazing design, comfortable, lovely tranquil garden. Close to everything, and down a quiet street. Kind staff.

Liked: Breakfast in the garden was lovely and staff were very kind and professional.
Disliked: The junior suite in a separate building was a surprise, also no elevator to 4th floor and no air conditioning in the suite. This made the accommodation fairly high priced compared to. Convenience

A disappointing stay in a...

Liked: The location was great and the balcony (although shared) was nice. The double bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice.
Disliked: The hair dryer was not working. The junior suite in general was a bit tired especially the kitchenette. The sofa bed was more like a mattress that was put in the middle of the living room. The living room was not very decorative, didn’t really have much of a seating area or a living space feel. Most importantly the actual suite did not look like the photos on booking.com so I feel a little misled. We had to go outside in order to get to our room. The receptionist had to explain twice how to get there when really all he needed to do was to just go outside with us and point to the building.

Liked: Good value for money. Good location.
Disliked: Sound insulation between the walls is not the best. And stronger lights/lamps would improve the confort. Especially in the bathroom, while doing a make-up.
