Faulty charm

Liked: First night was good, place has charm. Location is also excellent. Staff speak good English and are friendly.
Disliked: Second night I was not able to sleep at all due to faulty AC unit, although I didn't know what the noice was during the night.Morning, there was no water, not at all so shower was out of question.When I complained about the noise, I was not believed which really pissed me off, having had the worst night in a hotel in a long time.For that reason I will not go back. Krakow has plenty of historical hotels yo select from.

Liked: Convenient location, good breakfast
Disliked: The fixed shower - I prefer a hand-held shower. The water wasn’t very hot.
