Liked: Reception staff extremely helpful and very friendly. Bed comfortable. Facilities great as well - little sitting area in conservatory with a complimentary drinks. Lift on site. Very close to center Main Street. Very clean rooms.
Disliked: Poor breakfast selection

Great location in Krakow
Liked: A malfunction in the keypad locked us out of our room so we were moved to a different room. The The desk person was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent
Disliked: Several bulbs were out in the bathroom, mattresses could be more comfortable.

Lovely hotel in a great...
Liked: Room was lovely, very spacious and the air con was great - important since the temperature was well over 30 degrees
Disliked: Only thing - it would be nice if the hotel had a bar

I had an amazing stay...
Liked: The hotel was amazing! Great location, beautiful murals throughout the hotel, beautiful courtyard garden that led to great restaurant that we went to often. Separate room that had a drinks machine for tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc. Room was great size it also had a sitting area with large sofa and table. Great choice of breakfast. Staff were very helpful and there was a safe storage area to leave luggage, we had to checkout on our last day at midday but our flight was not until 10pm, we stored our bags there and spent the rest of our last day sight seeing and collected our bags later before going for our our flight. This hotel was amazing and will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing. There was nothing negative about this hotel.

Fabulous hotel in the heart...
Liked: Located in the heart of Old Town, this hotel provided an excellent base for a weekend break. The rooms were large and comfy, with air-conditioning, and the standard of cleanliness was very high. Breakfast was continental style, served from 7-10.30, so perfect for early risers or a relaxed start to the day. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always on hand to help with any queries. There is a delightful little garden that backs onto a lovely restaurant. Although we didn't eat there, it was frequented by locals and always busy - always a good sign and we will try it next visit. They allowed us to purchase drinks and take them into the hotel garden - a lovely way to spend an hour or two. Check out wasn't till noon, and the hotel had a storage room for luggage, which was very handy. They also allowed us to go and sit in the garden late afternoon before we left for the airport - a welcome rest after a busy afternoon, before the tiring journey home. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Disliked: Coming home.
