Liked: I really like that we were able to bring our dogs with us.
Disliked: Pool was not clean. I went swimming and found myself pulling knots of hair out the pool. The outdoor patio chairs were dirty unable to sit on them.

Disliked: The Hotel Wave was a complete disappointment. The photos online are completely misleading—what you see is not what you get. The breakfast area was unclean, especially the trash can, which was filthy and off-putting first thing in the morning. The pool area had peeling paint and no lighting, making it look rundown and uninviting.Our room had no housekeeping service during our stay. Worst of all, the toilet didn’t flush and was filled with black water in the tank. We called the front desk with no answer. When we walked down in person, the employee on duty had no idea what to do. She reached out to the manager but got no response. We were forced to use the public bathroom by the pool.As instructed, we returned to the front desk before the overnight employee’s shift ended at 7am, only to be told again the manager wasn’t there. The employee said the manager had told her to fix the issue herself, but she didn’t know how. When the morning shift came in, the new staff member had no idea there was a problem. He called the manager, and she told him we would need to call back on Monday.We were expected to stay in a hotel room with no access to a working bathroom—and no urgency or solution from staff or management. Absolutely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: It was dog friendly but I didn’t expect it to smell like dog and be dirty in common areas. Ended up moving rooms cuz our first one smelled like dog.

Exceptional

Liked: I love everything about this place it's nice and clean and remind u they dog friendly and the hotel still looks amazing and clean!!! Everyone is nice and treat me and my fur babies good!!! I come every year and will continue to!!
Disliked: Maybe the outside patio can be more updated but honestly that not even a problem.
