Not satisfied.

Liked: The location and the design are outstanding, the service was great, very nice SPA/Pool area.
Disliked: The room was dirty, there was even one flip flop from previous guests. But the biggest flaw was that one of the bedside tables was… missing (you could actually see the holes in the wood). This should never happen in a hotel of this quality.

Liked: Nice atmosphere, design and restaurants
Disliked: Quite dark rooms, air-conditioning is not comfortable to sleep because it goes to the face when you are in bad.Sauna is not setup proper.

Expect that there are many...

Liked: Helpful and friendly staff.
Disliked: Dining room is like a railway station--harsh echoing noise and lacks atmosphere.Feel that a 5* hotel should be able to serve a glass of Rose vine.Car park very expensive and price charged was higher than that when booked.

Liked: Clean and beautiful hotel. Housekeeping staff was great as well

Disliked: Toilet is missing towel hooks. No place to hang your towels after using. Room lacks proper lighting.
