Superb

Liked: Very varied and excellent breakfast. Arrangements for late check-in worked well. Good safe parking for bicycles. Good location, close to river and just across from the castle mound.
Disliked: Breakfast, although excellent, was expensive. Receptionist was too busy though well-intentioned.

Disliked: AC was too loud and shower door was hanging very loose so every time we took shower we were afraid it might fall down

Liked: Great location and super friendly staff. When we had a problem before we left (having lost at important item) Melanie could not have been more helpful in helping us find a replacement. We are very grateful.

Liked: All good at the Walfisch, friendly and helpful staff and service, very good breakfast. The location is good, it's on the River Main, good access anywhere in the Altestadt Old Town. The facilities, room also were very comfortable, good.

Liked: Great location, nice views, parking garage available for extra charge. They allowed us to leave the car after checkout. Aircon in room.
Disliked: Little dated, frosted glass door on the bathroom makes it quite intimate and there's no way of having the light on without illuminating the whole room.
