Overall, my stay was comfortable,...

Liked: The location was great — close to the areas I had planned to visit. The room was clean and comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the breakfast was excellent. Communication with the staff was smooth and friendly. The hotel had everything I needed, and the staff were pleasant and helpful in sharing information with me.
Disliked: I came from a hot country, and during my stay, the weather in Bern was quite cold for a few days.

Liked: The size of the room was really good, the locations and the hotel staff were super helpful. Also I loved that they had coffee and tea in the lobby.
