Liked: Location is perfect in heart of Bern and tram station nearby, staff is very hospitable and they are giving one day public transport for free.. view is awesome and quite environment. Clean and big rooms with Tub. They serves free hot drinks and croissants in reception which is much appreciated especially in Swiss. Breakfast need to be better however comparing to swiss hotels it's better.
Disliked: Nothing apart from breakfast need to be improved.

Liked: Good location, stuff is very friendly, even suggested best rout to explore Berne. Price was reasonable.
Disliked: Elevator parking is great experience, however hotel should block parking spot across elevator entrance. It was very challenging to enter elevator from parking because somebody parked his car across elevator entrance.

Liked: Good hotel close to the city center (walking distance), paid parking in & around the hotel, breakfast buffet with enough choice, nice room with twin-beds we asked for and a spacious bathroom with a bath
Disliked: The elevator is very small = 2 persons with luggage is probably all it can take, the bath/shower is very deep and slippery to get into & out (would advise to mount some safety brackets)

Liked: Good hotel for a one night stay, within walkable distance to the city centre. Good parking solution with the car lift.
Disliked: Very basic room, poor choice for breakfast.
