Liked: The hotel is in the good neighbourhood but just a little far to the center. All the staff was kind and thoughtful. The room has enough space and it has anything youd need. Great bathroom. Definitely want to stay here again.
Disliked: The room floor was a little dirty

Disliked: Many steps and multiple corridors make the hotel difficult to access with luggage. Confusing to find the right reception as there seem to be multiple hotels in the same building. Room preference was unfortunately disregarded.

A quiet , convenient hotel

Liked: Great location just next to the university , across the road from the train and fairly near Lake Alster . Room was clean with nice bedding and comfortable beds . Good communication throughout our booking with friendly messages from staff confirming details. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on the food .
