Great stay & lovely hotel!

Liked: The staff were so friendly, accomodating & helpful! The hotel is in a great location for all the Museums, Vondelpark and not far from the great boutique shopping along “9 streets” too! We loved our stay here - thanks Vondel!

Poor

Disliked: Claims to be a 4* hotel. Whole budling in disrepair e.g. dirty old carpets and falling down aircons. No Gym in a 4* hotel Price was high in comparison to other alternatives but I selected this one as it sold itself as a high end Spa hotel.

Exceptional breakfast, but other aspects...

Liked: The location of the hotel is good. Excellent choice for breakfast, friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: The bed wasn't comfortable. It had wheels and was pretty unstable.Also there was weird unregular noise like trickles close to the heater and the bed which really bothered me

Liked: Service is good
Disliked: There is no soundproofing at all. I could clearly hear the conversations in other rooms. There were bugs in the bathroom and it took a long time to flush them out.
