Hotel Vondel

Exceptional

Liked: Great location, very close to Rijksmuseum and Vondel park, and an amazing team at reception desk - professional, but also caring and kind, who make you feel truly welcome. Got a room upgrade - appreciated a lot!

Nice area to stay, hotel...

Liked: I liked staff, they were friendly. More than this i will tell they were really nice people.
Disliked: I could not use air conditioner

Nice staff

Liked: The staff, super friendly! And the jacuzzi and big bed. Also they have vegan breakfast options.
Disliked: No power point in the bathroom (and one part of the jacuzzi was broken). Expensive for what you get.

Would recommend

Liked: Breakfast and location very good. Staff really nice.
Disliked: Room could have had more space for coats and the bathroom was tiny but still ok. The noise in the early mornings from the street disturbed our sleep.

Excellent stay for very enjoyable...

Liked: It was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly.The daily buffet breakfast had good selections and was served very well by staff; especially by Mateo Mosso who was always attentive and aiming to please everyone by topping up empty popular dishes.
Disliked: The lifts were designed very small and could not hold more than 4 people at a time with luggage
