Liked: liked the location and the room was large and well-appointed. The room had a lounge and useful side tables.
Disliked: exaggerated explanation to each guest of where the products came from at breakfast and wiping down tables with strong smelling cleaners.

Liked: really great central location, and the staff were so lovely! the room was great and we were actually upgraded, which made a great surprise for my mum & I. The staff were so helpful and allowed me to practice my French speaking with them. Comfy bed and nice bathroom too. Definitely will return to this hotel if I am in Nantes again!

Liked: A spacious elegant room in the city center, where the staff was extremely kind and the breakfast buffet quality higher than standard, with freshly baked products. Cleanness and flexibility were strong points.
Disliked: The room was a bit cold on our arrival, but honestly we didn't pointed it out, otherwise the staff would have helped said.
