Liked: The location, the helpfulness of the staff in particularly reception, was very good. Loved the decor.

Enjoyable stay.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent however air conditioning or fans would be appreciated in the dining area. Too stuffy. Overall the staff in ever department was wonderful.
Disliked: Our bedroom was too small.Location is far from historic center and too far from train station.

Liked: The hotel was clean and the staff was kind and helpful.It was not far from the central train station and 10 minutes to Duomo by bus.
Disliked: Everything is Ok

Liked: 10 min walk from metro, 2 mins from tram and next to it is a mcd and supermarket, restaurants
Disliked: bathroom ok, but the shower was dirty, would welcome to clean it from mold in the corners and on the edges...room too noisy as it was right next to a public metal door...
