Liked: The front desk staff, Giorgio, was very very helpful in helping us plan our first stay in Milan. Breakfast included freshly cut Parma ham, which was a nice addition.The staff's attentiveness made for a pleasant stay. We would definitely consider returning in the future.
Disliked: Rooms could use a refresh, some kind of additional sound isolation would be nice, as the walls are a bit thin, also the wallpaper was slightly damaged in our room.

Liked: Perfect location, great amenities, enough room space, great staff, comfortable bed. Staff were also really nice and very accommodating as they allowed us to check in early before the actual check in time.
Disliked: It was cold during our stay in Milan. Unfortunately, we couldn’t adjust the central heating to make the room warmer. It seemed like the heating was already setup to turn on at certain times only.

Liked: I loved this hotel. Fantastic location, old style decor and great breakfast. Staff really nice and helpful. Very quiet in evening would definitely come back.
Disliked: Needs non slip stickers on shower floor.

Disliked: The rooms were smaller than expected, but it felt rather cosy.

Disliked: Very small room even for one person. The hotel is quite old. Breakfast is very limited. The price for such a room is incredibly high.
