Liked: Great location for the Messe Conference centre. Really welcoming staff, great room, very comfy bed, great breakfast. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Liked: Consistent replies and detailed before arrival on booking. Sparkling clean facility. Staff is striving for customer satisfaction "anytime". Good breakfast. A separate comfortable smoking room for smokers(wow!) and it is well ventilated. Spacious rooms with everything I need. Medical pillow and a big soft pillow. Well done guys keep it up!
Disliked: No drinking water bottle in the rooms.

Liked: Nice simple place. Easy to access, good breakfast. Rooms bigger than usual. Perfect for anyone going to the Messe (showgrounds). It's an easy 15 walk - no need to bother with public transport or taxi's. Loads or great restaurants a short walk away. Both S-bahn and U-bahn stations a short walk away. Wifi was excellent. RDP'ing into work server worked extremely well.
Disliked: No onsite restaurant (for anything other than breakfast) or bar but not a big deal. Just putting this info for other travellers. Have to arrive before 9PM on check-in because the reception desk is not manned after 9PM (which also keeps prices down for travellers). Again not a big issue but important for travellers to know.
