Liked: Best view of Sestri Levante! Rooms are stylish and comfortable. Staff is very helpful.
Disliked: We were disappointed with the restaurant - the food was served good but it was not tasty at all. And the bill was incredible - the most expensive and the least tasty dinner in Italy during our 10 day trip.

Nice place, good location, but...

Liked: Great location, kept clean, pool was good and staff were good.
Disliked: Tiny room, next to kitchen so noise from 7:30 until late at night. Smelt of chlorine from pool. Hotel felt a bit tired and old fashioned.

Lovely location and food

Liked: The view from the hotel restaurant and pool area were lovely. The food was excellent, especially at their restaurant ‘Portobello’ down on the beach. We enjoyed the hiking/trekking trails just off the hotel grounds.
Disliked: The quality of the massages we had were poor. Therapist was very pleasant but didn’t seem to have a therapeutic knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and just seemed she was randomly touching/tapping (nothing inappropriate, to be clear). Just seemed unskilled

Beautiful hotel with stunning views

Liked: Absolutely gorgeous hotel in a beautiful location. The room was stunning, clean and had all the facilities needed for our stay. The staff were incredible - so friendly, polite and professional.
Disliked: The hotel had switched off the A/C facilities for the colder months, however the weather was getting up to 20+ degrees and the rooms were getting very hot especially at night!
