Even though the hotel is designated smoke free, the room had a strong cigarette odor.

Great staff! Comfortable hotel!

Liked: I loved the staff and especially the night security guard, Johnathan. He was very warm and helpful providing suggestions for places we could visit during the trip! 5 stars! He needs a raise! I also liked the front desk. One morning, the Deca coffee was cold and I informed her (I forgot her name). She immediately brought a warm container despite the busy morning. The cleaning staff was wonderful too. Thank you staff! You all deserve a raise!
Disliked: The room phone didn’t work but we had our own phones.

Gr8 Location. Brkfst: meh!

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: 1)Room 1601 stunk. Super musty, especially in the living room. 2)Breakfast was adequate; smallest selection of any Hampton I’ve ever stayed in. 3)Bartender lady not friendly at all.

Good

Liked: Near the French square, room had enough space. Breakfast was good, eggs, pancakes, waffles, juice, coffee.
Disliked: Not private parking lot. There is a public parking that charges 25 usd per day. Restrooms at lobby were in maintenance.
