Liked: Lovely welcome on arrival .Water was free in the room and a lovely bottle of champagne with a welcome card .I did not get a chance to use the spa but looking at the prices it was very well priced .

Liked: Beautiful historical property in a lovely area not packed with tourists. Nice room and great breakfast. Also had dinner at the restaurant which was excellent

Disliked: Help to take the bags out would be good. The cleaner had some attitude when asked to do later.Asked for leaking toilet to be fixed and was not.
