The hotel as a whole...

Liked: Location was close to where we were headed.
Disliked: The air conditioner was noisy and the TV did not work correctly.

Liked: Location.The hotel is beautiful.
Disliked: Bad wifi.Tv and media Facilities not workingBeds were under an angle and not convertible.Not enough lighting in the room to read a book.

Disliked: Breakfast too expensive for what it was.

Liked: Friendly staff. Clean. Great location ( close to restaurants and retail outlets)
Disliked: Automated front desk system was a bit annoying. The room was a bit dark. The lighting choices were a bit bizarre.

Liked: I grew up near Heist op den Berg and used to come there often, so it was nice to revisit it while being able to stay in a charming small scale hotel right in the center of town.
Disliked: Nothing,I liked everything about it.

Perfect for the occasion.

Liked: Good lactaion in he centre of the town, nice building with large garden. Big room with modern decoration for bathroom and toilte.
Disliked: The carpet on the first floor was not that clean anymore as there was a direct access to the garden. Would suggest to have bathroom slippers available as courtesy measure.

General stay was good

Disliked: The bath had a open crack along the wall and mould
