Beautiful furnishings and decor, very...

Liked: High quality luxurious furnishings, very comfortable and tasteful decor. Great location and easy to find a carpark on the street. Buffet breakfast contained homemade items which was a very nice touch from the standard items, The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I didn't have enough time to use the pool and sauna which was disappointing, but nothing to do with the hotel! I couldn't get the coffee machine in the room to actually make a coffee.

Liked: The hotel is beautiful! The staff (especially Luca) were friendly and helpful, everywhere was spotless and the breakfast buffet was great. Our room and balcony were lovely. Our kids loved the pool too. The location is also v good for exploring the city via the UBahn (5 mins away). We would definitely come again.
Disliked: We liked everything!

Superb

Liked: Friendly staff, good room and the pool was a bonus because of the warm weather. Location is good, just a ten minute walk from the S-bahn or U-bahn.
Disliked: The shower head did not stay in place but not a big problem.

Very good

Liked: Not my first stay. Just as I remembered. It has style, as opposed to a lot of modern hotels. Close to U-Bahn (2 min), and S-Bahn (7-9 min).
Disliked: Everything was okay. No problems from my side

Liked: Lovely hotel, lovely staff. I would recommend and visit again. Room was good, clean and comfy
Disliked: A bit dated perhaps. The guy in the huge artwork, a bit disconcerting. We found the mattress a bit hard and the pillows puzzlingly soft
