We really enjoyed our stay...
Liked: The daytime and breakfast staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms have wonderful high ceilings!
Disliked: The nighttime staff were not very friendly or helpful.

The location was great but...
Liked: Location and aesthetic
Disliked: Bed was really uncomfortable, I couldn’t sleep. The pillows as well, only one each and not soft or thick enough to support.The carpet was stained all over. Towels with funky smell. The minibar has expired and very old drinks with funny taste ( and we payed for it) they didn’t even leave us water as accommodation treat. And most of the stuff really not friendly.

Liked: Great location. Easy 8 minute walk to the central station. The staff were very friendly. I enjoyed the fact that they have large umbrellas available for guests to borrow, a kettle in the room and a spacious shower made my stay extra comfortable and enjoyable. I also love staying in the Westend neighbourhood.

Comfortable boutique hotel in convenient...
Liked: We have stayed at this comfortable boutique hotel over 20 years on visits to Frankfurt. The location is very convenient, in a quiet area a few mins walk from Frankfurt Hbf station. It’s also handy to the main shopping district Hauptwache via the S Bahn, and about 20 mins walk to the museum district on the Main riverbank. They serve a delightful breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful, and speak English.
Disliked: My only dissatisfaction is with the pillows. There was only one each, and they were the loose fill kind. I prefer foam for neck support. However it wasn’t a problem for me because I brought my own memory foam travel pillow.
