Liked: Location is fanistic as good cafe and restaurant are nearby, We like to walk around the city to explored the local area, so any tourist destination that from short or an hour walk to is fine by us. Room is clear and kept in good condition. provided posh toiletries ' L'Occitane'
Disliked: As a 4 star hotel. receptions should acknowaledge that the information provide by them must be accurate, not by guess! for example, not all terminal have VAT refund counter. warmth greeting not consistent, various by individual staff?

Liked: The room was spotless, and I felt right at home. The staff couldn’t have been nicer, I absolutely loved them!I loved the location, close to the metro and bus station, with many restaurants around. The atmosphere was lively and vibrant.
Disliked: It was quite expensive, and there weren't many amenities. At the very least, an iron, kettle, and disposable slippers would be needed.
