It was pleasant

Liked: When I arrive early it wasn't no park....after check in still no where to park....it was upsetting because it was one of the amenities that it offered...and the rain forced us to stay in the room because the court yard was flooded...but overall it was pleasant and I will return one day
Disliked: No parking.....flooded courtyard

Overall, very nice stay!

Liked: The property is very peculiar, like the french quarter where it’s located! It’s in avery good spot, just 2 minutes walking from bourbon street, the French market, and many others
Disliked: Probably, the only thing is that my room had a the window looking out onto the internal stairwells, and it was not ideal as I could not open the curtains at all, otherwise all the other guests going up and down the stairs with heavy baggage (most of them were very noisy btw!) could see me through… obviously, curtains close all the time means not sunlight at all, but only the abat jour..

Liked: Location was perfect, and rooms were accommodating. The coffee was a nice touch.
Disliked: Parking situation could have been better. It advertises free parking but when I got there, it was all takem up.

Hotel Villa Convento was perfection!

Liked: This hotel was perfect in all ways! We loved the vibe, location, staff and decor. We had coffee/tea all day and the staff were very attentive to all our needs. Loved it!

Serves its purpose for a...

Liked: Friendly staff/owners, room was pretty clean and great location in French Quarter.
Disliked: Did not know in advance that parking wasn’t guaranteed and that it is 6 blocks away. Building needs better upkeep overall. Very small and slow elevator, in room private AC units were barely able to cool the room for a comfortable sleep.
