Liked: Loved the location, very quaint and the hotel is beautifully decorated. Staff was very welcoming.
Disliked: Small bathroom

Lovely outdoor patio, relaxing communal...

Liked: The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood. The trees along the street provided cool shade. We were able to walk to most our of destinations.
Disliked: It was difficult to locate the hotel upon our arrival the first night with no signs to mark the entrance, but a quick phone call by our driver cleared the confusion.

Exceptional

Liked: Amazing hotel, super friendly and attentive staff. Our room had a nice sunny balcony facing the interior courtyard. Quiet and tranquil. The restaurant is very good and dedicated just for hotel guests. Overall, the hotel has a private and exclusive feel in a peaceful and tree lined part of La Condesa. Very close to restaurants and beautiful parks. We would definitely return to this lovely oasis!

Disliked: Room #15 was at the end of a spiral staircase that would move as we went up or down, and seemed a little unstable—something to consider for people with mobility issues.

Liked: Amazing staff, attention to detail, very flexible and open to meet your needs.Blessed with fresh juice, fresh fruit and delicious yoghurt and granola even before you order breakfast.Very knowledgeable and connected with key high-end restaurants and local taco places. Put us in contact with a great local (Armando) guide & driver who was super knowledgeable and educational around the culture, history and all things food!
Disliked: Creaky floors, but a trivial issue versus the huge positives in this gem of a place nestled in the posh Roma Norte district with a dreamy European vibe.
