Hotel Villa Carlton is a...

Liked: The hotel had been a family home that had been turned into a hotel. Based on the decor, one might expect it to be stuffy and formal, but it was comfortable and a little bit whimsical! It was a close walk to the Salzach River, and Old Town, which we visited daily, and 2 train stations.Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was friendly, especially Andy, who went out of his way to be so helpful to us!The breakfast was simple, but everything was delicious!

Premium location and comfortable, quiet...

Liked: Amazing location, within walking distance of many great restaurants and the old town. Very clean, nice staff, the small breakfast was also nice. Beds are comfortable too and it’s very quiet. Nice place!
Disliked: Only a small thing, but the TV was very small and kind of old. For a hotel in this price range I’d expect slightly better. But again it’s a small thing that doesn’t matter that much
