Liked: Quiet location, easy walk to Mirabell gardens. Breads, croissants, jam & coffee provided.

Liked: Friendly staff.Good location (5 min. walk from Mirabell Garden and 10 min. walk from old town).Clean room.They did provide me with a mobility ticket for my stay, which is a thing they have in Austria as I was informed for tourists)
Disliked: The hotel advertises itself as a 4-star boutique property; however, this rating does not align with several shortcomings in the services provided:Breakfast: The breakfast offering is notably poor, arguably one of the least satisfactory I have encountered, even when compared to some 3-star hotels I've been to. The selection was limited to a few types of bread, croissants, machine-dispensed coffee, marmalade, and orange juice (I did not see any salami or cheese or even cereals) While the breakfast area itself was adequate, the overall quality and variety require significant improvement.Operating Hours and Security: The hotel closes its main entrance at 8 p.m., requiring guests to enter through a back door using their key card. A 4-star hotel typically offers a 24-hour reception service. Additionally, the absence of visible security personnel raises concerns regarding guest safety.Room Amenities: The room lacked a refrigerator, even a small one, which is typically expected at this level. Only one pillow was provided, with a second pillow found in the wardrobe, but no accompanying pillowcase was available. Given the short duration of my stay, I did not request an additional pillow. Furthermore, the blanket provided was insufficient to fully cover the double bed, which was unexpected.Overall, while the hotel has certain positive aspects, it requires substantial improvements to justify its 4-star rating. The price paid for two nights does not correspond to the level of service and amenities received.

Very good

Liked: The room and washroom are very spacious with a luggage storage bench and sitting area bench. The staff are all helpful and kind throughout the stay in providing recommendations and always greeting guests as they come and go. There is complimentary breakfast everyday (croissants, bread, jam, tea and coffee) and a clean and spacious breakfast area.
Disliked: Note that the AC is centrally controlled and cannot be adjusted in your room. A fridge in the room would also be nice.
