Superb

Liked: The location is quite great. It's close to the Zoo and you can also take a stroll along the Rhine. It's a quiet area and easy to reach by foot or even by tram, from the Cologne Dome.
Disliked: I would have like to have at least a couple of beverages from the mini-bar included in the price per night, other than that I cannot say I did not like the place or the amenities provided!
