Liked: Location is good. Staff are nice. It's a clean, bright hotel.Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: The hotel has a poor security policy: 1 - You always have to return your door key to reception, every time you leave the hotel! I haven't seen this policy since the 1980s. It carries the risk that anyone could walk in off the street and ask for your room key from the next person on reception. E.g. After being out for the day, I came back to someone new on reception. I simply asked for the key, and I was given it without any verification.2 - Incredibly, the code for the safe in our room had been set using a simple formula, involving the room number (I won't divulge it here), and there were no instructions on the safe to change this to a code of our choosing. This is quite poor and unusual.Because of these strange policies, I felt very worried about leaving my valuables in the hotel, and had to carry them with me.One final point is that our room was very small. I don't actually mind this, except that there was nowhere to open 2 travel bags.

Liked: Hotel has a good location, comfy bed, clean bed linens, clean room, nice staff
Disliked: Mold in the bathroom, no ventilation in the bathroom, water would not flow down in the shower, bad breakfast choices (no fresh vegetables, no healthy low-fat diery options) .

Disliked: WiFi poor on 5th floor and average when I was relocated to 3rd floor
