Hotel Victoria

Convenient, affordable and clean.

Liked: The room was great for me, my husband, and our 18yr old son for 1 night. Convenient location near main train station, affordable, well-loved but clean. Courteous staff allowed us to check-in early. Great coffee shop next door!
Disliked: The surrounding area feels a bit unsafe, but that is typical in big cities near man train stations.

Friendly staff with a few...

Liked: The staff were really friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and l had three excellent nights sleep. The breakfast buffet was also very lovely. There was plenty to eat, and the staff greeted you with a smile.
Disliked: They promote themselves as a premium hotel, but the room was not quite as clean as it should have been. For it to be premium, it would need to have coffee/tea making facilities in the room as well as a mini fridge with some basic items for purchase.The neighbourhood was a bit scary for a solo female traveller.

Despite the area, I would...

Liked: If the hotel had been located anywhere else, I would certainly recommend it. However, I would actually stay there again now that I have seen the area. The personnel were, without exception, exceptionally nice and helpful. It certainly offered good value for money.The breakfast was sufficient, or actually very good for the price. The lady serving breakfast was most helpful and we received personal service.
Disliked: We were chocked about the area something we did not expected.

Superb

Liked: The room was really large and spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: Would have liked a bit more choice of food at breakfast.

Practical location, but the surroundings...

Liked: The staff on reception is nice.
Disliked: The hotel was in a central spot, close to all the main sights, restaurants, and shops—but the area around it was a bit of a different story. The street was always busy, with constant noise and loud music going late into the night. The neighborhood definitely felt a bit run-down, and walking around in the evening didn’t exactly feel relaxing. It was convenient, for sure, but not the kind of place you'd want to hang out for too long.

Liked: The room was small but super clean and cosy. Shower had good pressure hot water. Bed was comfortable. The hotel managers at reception were courteous and helping, guided us well.Adjoining bakery is out class and best option for with in budget breakfast of top quality.Hotel is so close to central station just 3 minutes walk.If you need halal food there are so many halal options near Victoria hotel located at junction of Kaiser straße & Elbe straße. You can have halal Thai, halal Pakistani, halal Turkish restaurants several coffee shops and supermarkets near Victoria hotel frankfurt near Central station hauptbahenhoff.Downtown shopping area is 15 minutes walk away.I love my stay and will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Room size is small but in price this hotel is offering it's ok.

Great place for a short...

Liked: the hotel was clean and staff were excellent - always smiling and helpful. The hotel location was great - it is in the area where there are all types of German and other ethnic food outlets, excellent bakeries cafes and lively bars. The room was small but very well designed to make use of the space.
Disliked: nothing
