Very good

Liked: Got free room upgrade.Nice bright corner room with large balcony.
Disliked: A/C in room is quite noisey.No speed control. Just on/off on thermostats.Unfortunately the spa was closed for maintenance during our stat. We only found this out after booking.No resturaunt in hotel.

Liked: Central and close to the railway station and centre of the city.Exceptional hotel, beautiful in all aspects. It made us feel special.

Liked: The staff are very kind, and the breakfast is good. Also very conveniently located.
Disliked: ANTSWhen we woke up in the morning, I looked down and, to my horror, saw an infestation of thousands of ants, crawling all over our floor. When I went down to reception to tell them, they were very responsive, and immediately sent somebody up to deal with it. However, it was clear that this is a recurring problem that they have, which they have been unable to fix yet. The ants were coming in through a hole in the grouting, and it should have been easy to seal up the hole, but evidently they have not yet done this. To cap it all off, they refused to give us a discount or any sort of compensation for our experience, besides a free drink, which we did not have time for. This is not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel which costs of €200+ a night. This is also a real shame, as the hotel is excellent on all other metrics.

Disliked: It was one of my favorite hotel in Turin…I‘ve stayed here couple of times, but this time is really DISSAPOINTING. When I walked in my room number I was starting to hear some noise like from cricket. I asked the staff to deal with this problem and went to my dinner. When I came back - nothing has changed. I asked the staff one more time and they were very surprised. Lady manager decided to go with me to check the noise and when she heard it - she immediately started to say that ALL ROOMS have the SAME noise , because of ventilation and that she worked here already for 30 years and sure that is the ventilation problem. Obviously, it doesn’t true, I lived in other room numbers at this hotel and everything was okay, also this noise isn’t constant, it’s very close to the noise from cricket - sometimes louder, with pauses, impermanent. But feels like it’s in your head…I added the video and also have some voice messages to my friends with this noise. And just the fact - I paid €215 for one night of this room. Think twice before book this hotel.
