Disliked: Complete scam, horrible experience!This was without a doubt one of the worst hotel experiences of my entire life.We booked Hotel Victor Miami based on the beautiful pictures shown online — but let me tell you, the reality is a complete scam.As soon as we walked inside the hotel, we didn’t even recognize the place. It looked NOTHING like the pictures. The lobby smelled absolutely disgusting, a strong, unbearable stink that made us feel immediately unsafe and uncomfortable.Before bringing in our luggage, we asked the receptionist if we could check the room first — thank God we did. We went upstairs and what we saw was shocking:•The room was completely different from the photos.•The size was smaller, the furniture was outdated, and everything looked dirty.•The sheets were filthy, there was dust everywhere, and the room stank horribly.•On top of that, there was constant noise making it impossible to relax.We went straight back to the receptionist and told her we couldn’t stay there — the room was nothing like the pictures, filthy, disgusting, and we felt extremely uncomfortable.Instead of helping us, she just brushed us off and said, “Call tomorrow and see what we can do.” No apology, no solution, no responsibility — absolutely unacceptable behavior from any hotel, let alone one that charges this much.We immediately called Booking.com to get help — and Booking.com actually wanted to assist us!But guess what? The hotel refused to cooperate. They refused to refund anything. They refused to offer any help. They just took our money (almost €800 for two nights!) and didn’t even bother to check in with us afterward.No apology, no message, no follow-up. Nothing.This hotel is a complete scam, a fraud, a total disgrace to Miami and to hospitality in general.I have stayed in so many hotels all around the world — NEVER have I been treated like this, and NEVER have I seen a hotel that misrepresents itself so badly.

Disliked: The breakfast included doesn’t give you access to the full breakfast menu. There wasn’t even an option to order off the main menu with a small supplement.
