Liked: Very nice staff, strategic position in Toulouse city Centre.

Ideal place to get anywhere...

Liked: The location was spot on. Close to everything. On quite a busy road, but the soundproofing was excellent. The property was clean, and did have air-conditioning.
Disliked: We arrived a day late, due to our train being cancelled, and the assessable room we booked had been taken! I showed confirmation of my request and there agreement to it. But please make sure if you request this that you do get confirmation that they have definitely agreed it. Also the Ramp up to the property is far to steep for manual wheelchairs. It would also be nice if the person checking you in got up out of there chair. The plugs in our room were not very safe, and coming off the wall. It did not feel safe putting things into them!

A quiet haven from the...

Liked: Good location, walking distance from shops and train station, efficient check-in and check-out, compact room and very clean
Disliked: Breakfast value could be better, seems pricey

Great place for a short...

Liked: Great place to stay in Toulouse. Location is fab, staff were friendly and the room was clean, if small but we were only there for one night so that wasn’t an issue.
Disliked: The lamp and charging point on my side of the bed didn’t work but that’s nitpicking.
