Perfect stay.

Disliked: One of the lifts was out of order. Long waits to get the other.But that was not a big deal.

I highly recommend

Liked: We were in the Exe hotel, as this was refurbished. Great place, perfect location, accessible and close to the metro. Breakfast was so good, the staff was so helpful, kind and polite. Thank you for making us a journey pack. I will go back to this hotel on my next trip to Madrid.

Liked: Location and bathroom (simple to use)
Disliked: I had 2 reservations for the same day under the same name and the hotel didn't contacted me ahead of time to check if it was a mistake.
