Disliked: We stayed at your hotel—my two nephews, their mother, and I—in two separate rooms. In one room, the shower didn’t work because the shower lever was missing, and I couldn’t report it since I discovered it at 5 a.m. In the other room, something similar to fleas bit my nephews and their mother, leaving them covered in bites and welts.When I went down to reception at 5 a.m. to file a complaint, I didn’t receive any kind of response or apology. The only reply I got was that they would inform the manager. I am demanding a refund because I paid for two expensive rooms, and not only were they not clean, but one didn’t even have a working shower. This is unacceptable.
