Liked: Very nice and classy! It was a great surprise to visit this hotel and enjoy its facilities! I will be back :)The breakfast was amazing!
Disliked: The bed could have been more comfortable.. it was a bit slippery because its 2 mattresses joined

Liked: Great place. Really Nice terrace outside.
Disliked: As many like me said before. The airco is basically non functional. We had a room with sun on it in the afternoon/ evening. Way too warm.

Disliked: Impossible to escape music from hotel bar terrace, every day until midnight. Sometimes waiting times for breakfast because of no staff present

big hotel but lacking staff...

Disliked: many minor issues that can easily be improved. didn't have my correct room booking; room had a bath only but requested shower, told hotel was full so couldn't change however the lack of people at breakfast made me disbelieve that comment. restaurant very slow service initially, food okay but the rum flambéed pineapple had a distinct lack of rum. on checking out i was not given a ticket for the barrier so had to return to reception.
