Fantastic hotel for a holiday

Liked: The location is perfect for Warsaw old town, the staff go above and beyond to help, the hotel has a really nice atmosphere.
Disliked: There is nothing that could be done better.

Fantastic stay in the heart...

Liked: Big clean room, friendly staff and good breakfast. The location is great for sightseeing, the view on the old town is spectacular. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again!
Disliked: There were no bath robes in our room, but really we didn’t need them so it was not a big problem

Exceptional

Hard to get to, good...

Liked: Great location and facilities.
Disliked: The hotel is not handicap friendly and, even for healthy individuals, one needs to be ready to haul briefcases over a cobble road for more than 100 meters to make it inside the hotel and another 60 or so inside to make it to reception. There is a road but is blocked for traffic so if you take say, an Uber from airport or train station you have to handle the walk from the street to reception. This is unexpected for a good hotel.
