Liked: The place is beautiful. Detailed interiors, painstakingly restored, . Staff are extremely helpful: the concierge, reception team, catering team in the restaurant and the cleaning staff all work towards top level of hospitality. Absolutely wonderful. There's nothing to fault. Plus the excellent location.
Disliked: There's nothing to dislike.

Liked: The hotel is centrally located. Beautiful building, great decor. There is a great balance between the classical and the modern. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic.
Disliked: We arrived by car and we were outside waiting for a while to come in with nobody coming to give us an indication where to park until we had to call the hotel to let them know that we were waiting. We asked for a quiet room and they gave us the room in front of the elevators and lobby and windows facing the busy entrance of the hotel. Once we asked for a different room they solved the problem right away. Mattress very soft. Gave my husband a back injury.Some of the staff from the restaurant were very polite. Some of them looked unexperienced. Overall a good experience but the price quality ratio didn't seem in balance.
