Liked: Our room was just what we asked for. We have been at the hotel before and we always enjoyed our stay. The front desk with Eric is always a pleasure. He is fast and efficient. In the restaurant Andree was also a gem!

Disliked: For the price we paid, around 350$ the night, I was expecting to have at least enough shampoo, shower gel and soap in the bathroom. When traveling with a baby, we're already carrying too much staff that baby need, so we expect some accommodation be provided by the hotel and not to worry about toiletries. There was only 1 toilet paper roll, no soap bar, no hand cream or cotton or anything that you might need for shower, barely any shampoo and no shower gel. Very disappointed. We had a balcony with a lake view, and the balcony and seating area was dirty, hasn't been cleaned for a long time. The door rails of the balcony was very very dirty. Breakfast also was not included with the price.
