Unacceptably low level of service.The toilet seat and faucet in the room are incredibly impractical!As for the toilet seat, I'll just say that I tell the male members of management and owners to try sitting on it and doing anything.Also, the distance between the faucet and the sink is such that there is no way to wash your hands without touching the bottom of the sink. Ridiculously badly done. You look and you don't believe.The extra bed, i.e. the stretched couch, is extremely uncomfortable!The view from the room was of a cramped space with ventilation outlets.

Liked: Great location, but also quiet - the rooms are well soundproofed.The rooms are nicely furnished and comfortable. The concierge’s were helpful.
Disliked: The breakfast was disappointing. Expensive but not a great deal of choice. The service was rushed and brusque. The dining room has no atmosphere, although the stained glass ceiling is beautiful.

Liked: The location is perfect and walking distance from most of the attractions, the bathroom is incredible was my best part . The stuff are really kind and helpful
Disliked: The furniture in the main area is quite old . The bed and pillows wasn’t comfortable could be better for a five star hotel
