Hotel Vermont

Great hotel, centrally located but...

Liked: Excellent hotel staff, very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect. Very centrally located.
Disliked: There was electric maintenance (unscheduled), which they did not inform their guests about. I then contacted the front desk and received an update that this event was unscheduled and needed to be addressed. I was told that electricity would be restored by 1PM, it was never restored throughout the whole day until late evening. It was a major inconvenience during my stay, as I was also working remotely and had to locate another area to work. The internet connection at the property was also unstable, and on my last day (of check-out), I had no WiFi connectivity to perform some additional travel arrangements.

Liked: The location is great! The staff are super kind!
Disliked: It is recently renovated so the smells of paint and dust that was not properly clean was everywhere even inside the rooms. I expected a bit more for the price.
