Great location in Harvard Sq.

Liked: The Veritas is a lovely hotel, great location, clean, and comfortable. Would happily stay again once construction is complete.
Disliked: We were unaware of construction that was going on with a remodeling effort and entrance was a bit inconvenient

Every stuff was nice but...

Liked: The price for this hotel was way too much. I was expecting a lot more and to be honest I was shocked so I left after 2 days

Disliked: No coffee in the roomInconsistency of service and information from the staffExterior being renovated which is nice but notified too late to make alternate plans. Renovations made the parking structure unavailable. Luckily I didn’t need parking this time or I would’ve been very inconvenienced.

Disappointing

Liked: The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The door to the balcony (on the first floor) could not lock and seal properly. When mentioned to the Manager they told me "we are aware but this is how it is and we will fix it eventually". For the price paid I would expect to at least feel safe especially while travelling alone.

Disliked: it’s too noisy outside all the night. I almost can’t go to sleep .
