Pleasant

Liked: Nice location to stay before boarding river cruise in Bordeaux. Unfortunately there were no wi fi when we were staying at te hotel. They couldn't find someone to fix it..

Passable

Liked: The location was convenient. The room was large by French standards. The robes and slippers were a nice touch.
Disliked: Cleaning service was not attentive in resupplying coffee/sugar. The Internet was hit or miss with weak reception. The TV didn't work very well due to poor connectivity and the safe in the room didn't work at all.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Easy access to hotel and Bordeaux sights via tram.

Liked: All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a two minute walk from a tram stop which takes 5 minutes into the centre of Bordeaux or a nice 20min walk along the river . A great location to be away from the busy city centre but close enough to be part of it all.
