Exceptional

Liked: Great location. Nice cute old house converted to a hotel. Very pleasant stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Immersion experience in the center of Bruges.
Disliked: The hotel does not have the facilities of a big modern hotel (double windows, elevator,) but it is totally worth it staying in that building!

Liked: Awesome location and clean facilities. Toilet location in family suite was a little awkward for larger adults, but we made it work.

Disliked: No elevador and a bit old structure, but that was not a problem.

Amazing stay.

Liked: The hotel is in the heart of the old city, 3mins walk to everywhere! The building is vintage and wood interior. You can hear the wood creaking but thats fine.We were in room 5 and we had a view of the belfort that was magical !It was my husband's birthday, i contacted them via msgs, and they made some birthday decorations for us, it was really cute.

Liked: I slept exceptionally well. (I did write more in the hotel's "Book of Impressions".
Disliked: The WiFi works very good, but it is a problem that it does not have a WPA2 password protection, but is non-protected and desires a password through "mywifibusiness.prd.telenet.be". I had quite some problems reestablishing the WiFi link from my laptop after I put it into sleep and woke it up again. Finally I found out that if I find in history the original mywifibusiness.prd.telenet.be link (https://mywifibusiness.prd.telenet.be/en/captive-portal/promotion/0?original_uri=http://www.gstatic.com/generate_204&client_mac= ... ...) I can enter the password again and reestablish the connection. I suppose the problem is that the mywifibusiness server sees the same MAC address of my computer, and thinks that it does not have to make the initial password check again, however it does not allow the internet connection without again entering the password (for which I used the above in history remembered link).
