Disliked: I was in Amsterdam with a busy season, so the room rate was not perfectly good.

I would not recommend this...

Liked: the staff was correct and they changed our rooms from dungeons under ground to normal rooms with windows. they really have good staff, clean hotel, good breakfast and if they would just close the -1 (underground) floor and never use them again, I would recommend this hotel
Disliked: the first 2x rooms that we got were not rooms, they were dungeons under ground, no windows. Dark and cold rooms, split shower and toilet
