Beautiful Hotel & Great stay...

Liked: The customer representatives were awesome. Specially Julie & Marc they were so helpful and friendly they made our check in so beautiful! Please keep them happy at your hotel. Also the girls from breakfast were amazing.The beds were so comfortable and the curtains were all blocking the light which was a plus travelling with a kid . We like the pool a lot but it seems that always was full of bugs on the floor and floating , they should have the pool hours till 9 or 10pm my only big complaint.Really beautiful hotel in a great walking distance 5min to a gas station and restaurants. Parking is included and right in front of the property Granby Zoo is 15min driving from there )
Disliked: I wish the pool hours were later than 8pm I wish the cleaning stuff put more attention to the cleaning of the rooms like floors were dusty and dirty and the bathtub looks like they forgot to clean it was full of hair all over and I had to clean it when I was in the room. I mentioned this to the cleaning stuff when I left but they were all teens working with headphones on and maybe they are distracted when they do? I just hope the manager supervise the cleaning of the rooms in a meticulous manner from now on. The rest of the room look clean and nice.The tv could it have been more update to access to Netflix speciallly with children travelling. The WiFi password should it be in accessible place in the room , we had to call reception to get it.

Liked: Everything was very comfortable, from the room to the pool to the breakfast. Just a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Lovely, conveniently located hotel.

Liked: The hotel was located close to the highway that we needed. The rooms, lobby, and grounds were lovely.
Disliked: We did not purchase the breakfast due to feeling it was overpriced for a continental breakfast. We were disappointed that we did not see complimentary coffee anywhere in the lobby at any time during our stay. However, there was a coffee maker in the room.

Liked: We paid for our breakfast and was told it was not included once arrived. Called hotel after the fact and they stated we should have said something then, when I did but nothing was done. In turn over paid! Wont be returning nor do i recommend dealing with a hotel that fails to steal from their clients.
Disliked: Nothing

Very nice hotel, staff, breakfast...

Liked: Very nice rooms. Large renovated or like new and great parking and grounds
Disliked: The wall mounted air conditioner was too noisy! Couldn’t sleep so had to rTurn it off.

Superb

Liked: Location was great. Decent shopping next door. Fitness equipment is brand new.
Disliked: Breakfast was fair/good but not excellent. “Eggs” were not fresh, sausages were dry. Yogurts were very good. Fruit and cheese were fresh. Coffee was average.

Liked: Everything big rooms very comfortable breakfast was excellent
Disliked: Nothing
