On the whole great value...

Liked: Size of room and bathroom was more than enough. Beds were very comfortable. Location was great not too far from centre of BiarittzStaff were very friendly and extremely helpful
Disliked: No aircon meant rooms were extremely hot, we were there during a heatwave of plus 30 degrees. A fan was provided but this was quite noisy.Would have enjoyed a kettle and cups ion the room in order to make beverages

Liked: The rooms are extremely small and there is a fan in the room that takes up all the space. Truly a gem of a building that needs are renovation!
Disliked: The room was extremely small and uncomfortable for two people. Needs a huge upgrade

Very good

Liked: Family owned hotel, Very frendly.It was very clean, even if quite basic.Breakfast is good, there’s also a small dehors outside where you can have breakfast
Disliked: No lift, but the staff was very Kind and carried my luggage to 2nd floor 😊

Exceptional

Liked: Very good location, close to the centre and beach. Nice neighborhood. Very nice staff, good franch breakfast. Old house with some wear and tear on places, but nice house planing. We had large rooms (family room with two rooms in it), comfortable beds and nice pillows. Thank you for the wonderful stay! Worth the money.
Disliked: Mold in some places.

Liked: Not far from airport, close to centre of Biarritz.
Disliked: Room was basic as we expected but having a kettle and some basic drink making facilities would have been nice.

Liked: Location only.
Disliked: Room was listed as an en suite double room. We have stayed in many hotels over the years and can honestly say that this room would better be described as a single. En suite was minute. Access to the room was via an outdoor concrete stairway which was not lit. We had booked a four night stay and would have thought that the owner would have highlighted the fact that the room wasn’t suitable for our stay. We left a day earlier than booked as couldn’t stand being in the room for another night. Must also state that temperatures were in the 30’s during our visit and such a small room with no Air conditioning was unbearable.
