Liked: Room was great, good sized and temperature control was good, lovely shower. Location was excellent, approx 3 min walk to nearest Metro station and everything was very accessible
Disliked: Would have appreciated a little fridge in the room but wasn't a problem

Disliked: Internet in my bedroom never worked and the only answer I got from the team working there was, literally, "Oh, I'm sorry". This was not good at all.

Liked: Nice and cozy hotel with very close access to the City Center. Easy access by metro or just walking, plenty of decent cafes and restaurants around. Same for groceries, bakeries, everything that you might need.The room size is a bit small, however, it's written in the room's description. Don't overestimate your expectations, Paris is overpopulated and overcrowded by tourists from all around the world, so it's probably not possible to find a better place for the same money. All the same small hotels are providing similar options.The staff is very friendly and helpful: the first room we experienced was smaller than usual, also with just one window, but the manager assisted with room changing. Also, all other requests were granted.Rooms have very good soundproof walls.
Disliked: The cleaning service is not so thorough: they forgot to exchange the towels, so we had to ask the manager to help. The room was clean overall, but we found small hairs inside the pillows (thanks to the manager for resolving that as well).Beware that photos on the hotel's page just represent the best possible rooms, so there is a chance that these rooms will already be occupied.Also, the room's description does not include information about the view from the room, so similarly to the previous point, you might have the courtyard view.

Liked: The hotel inside is clean, modern, attractive, and staff is quite friendly and accommodating. Beds are comfy and bathrooms are modern. The housekeepers came daily with fresh towels and straightened the room. The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. The hotel is located 2 -3 blocks away from 2 Metro stops — Strasbourg and Bonn Nouvelle. Study the Metro map before arrival so you know what lines will get you to sites you want to see. You can transfer to any line at Les Halles and that’s only 2 stops away.
Disliked: The weather was hot in Paris (90+ degrees F) and the room air conditioning could not adequately cool the room. Our room temp was above 85 degrees F and very uncomfortable. While the system operated, there was little air emitting to cool the room. The a/c would run and shut down completely for long periods. We advised the management and they were responsive…checked unit, reset, and provided us with a high speed fan to cool the room. That helped. But, the a/c was not capable of cooling our room. Additionally, the hotel is located in an urban working district area, with graffiti and closed store fronts, The area is not attractive nor one for strolling at night. There are bars and nightclubs open to 3AM nearby and they were quite loud. Our room faced the road and, while the noise was dampened with windows closed, it was loud and made it difficult to sleep. For younger people who want to go to clubs, this may be a good option. For older people, sightseeers, families with children — maybe not so much.
