Liked: The Staff were pleasant and helpful and we had some good wine and excellent crème brûlée at the restaurant. It was a good location for us as well.
Disliked: It was noisy. I could hear people walking around in the floor above really late at night and very early in the morning. The comforter was lumpy and the sheets were not very soft. The air conditioner would cycle on and off every few minutes while we were trying to sleep. And my husband and I felt the room could have been cleaned better. Overall the hotel looks dated and didn’t feel worth the cost.

Disliked: The room had many issues, from outdated microwave oven, flickering electricity, noisy AC, unfit window blinds, toilet smell, useless elevator, old model shower, etc etc.

Liked: The spa is excellent.
Disliked: The room was not the greatest. There was a fire in the garden directly outside of the room that caused smoke to come into the room all night.
