Tranquil and luxurious place to...

Liked: The spa is an incredible amenity it is what brought us there. I used it many times over the 2 nights we were there. Really great relaxing atmosphere. The TVs in the room were all newer so they had HDMI hook ups which was really nice. It was quiet even though it was very busy you couldn't hear other people outside your room.It was nice that they replace your towels in your room daily rather than having to ask to get more. As well having towels available in the spa was very convenient. The beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows. We stayed in the king room with the sink and mirror outside the bathroom and I found this very unique and really functional so that if someone was using the washroom you don't have to stop getting ready or anything like that. I loved the lounge area with the large sofa and high top tables, foosball table and tv playing different sports you had to walk through to get to the spa. I thought it was such a fun spot and I wish I'd had more time to be able to go down there and hangout maybe interact with some of the other guests. I thought this was a great idea.
Disliked: I would have liked for the spa to be open later at least the hot tubs. As well perhaps making an hour or two that is adult only. Our first night there, we were exhausted after working all day we have kids of our own and we were on an anniversary trip away from the kids. There were kids in the hot tub until it closed and that isn't such a big deal except when you're looking for a little relaxation, quiet time or even just some grown up conversation. Don't get me wrong I love children, love that these parents took their children to stay there. I am just suggesting an hour designated to adults. 10 to 11 kids should be sleeping by then. I would also suggest they have some music playing softly up there. I had brought my own speaker in the chance we got the tubs to ourselves but didn't end up using it as I didn't want to disrupt anyone else. The ice machine was also not working every time I went down to get some. I had not grabbed a bag of ice because the hotel advertised an ice machine and there's no way it would have fit in the freezer in our room.

Liked: We're pretty much enjoying spa.
Disliked: We had hard time figuring out how to turn on the termostat in our room. Too tired to ask hotel front for it and too tired to move our stuffs from the room if it was changed. woke up knowing that our room was cold.. so we needed change our room around 3am. Hotel employee was nice but It was inconvenence for us. Because we had hard time getting sleep after that.

Go for the hot pools.

Liked: The hot pools. The reason for the stay.
Disliked: Walls are paper thin. You hear everything your neighbour is doing. The correspondence in writing between myself and the hotel for some reason they chose to only speak to me in French which was disappointing as an English speaking person.
