Liked: I loved everything, the room, the amazing staff, breakfast, best location in Amsterdam and the restaurant in the evenings.
Disliked: Pillows, pillows and again pillows, made of bad material, uncomfortable , I got up every day with neck pain

Disliked: The hotel mentioned that rooms have AC, but when I arrived they told me that the room doesn’t have separate ac unit which was other than what was mentioned in booking plus the rooms were hot.

Disliked: incredibly noisy area from 5am to midnight, parties, construction, handling goods to stores and many other noises.room service is just charging consumables and no cleaning, during 3 days of stay no body changed towels or even a simple cleaning in the room.
