Liked: Very comfortable bed! I fall asleep immediately... Lovely interior design. My room is next to a kanal, I can see birds from the window :)
Disliked: Soundproofing can be better.

Great, affordable hotel in Amsterdam.

Liked: Great location close to Amsterdam Amstel station, walking distance. Spacious quiet room, very clean, nice bathroom and comfortable beds.
Disliked: Even though the staff was very friendly and good, the one thing that was a bit on the slow end was the service in the restaurant. Once they notice you and you order, everything is quite OK, but.. getting their attention is a bit of a struggle despite enough staff being on call. Not a reason to not come back ,but the could be just a bit more attentive in the restaurant/bar area.
