Tasteful hotel with highly professional...

Liked: Beautiful property with very attentive staff and an excellent roof bar.
Disliked: My room (145) was lovely but there was a surprising amount of noise during the night. Banging and crashing of doors and what sounded like furniture being moved. Perhaps there’s a storage cupboard or similar above it? Anyway, I could hear it through my earplugs. No other issues to report.

Disliked: It was a shame given the heat that the pool wasn’t accessible.

A wonderful hotel with lots...

Liked: Breakfast is absolutely amazing, such delicious food and you can order eggs the way you like them. The staff were really nice, knowledgeable and kind - such good client service, I felt like really treated (I don't usually stay in 5 stars!!). The hotel also has an amazing smell. The bed is comfy and lots of good pillows. The hotel also has some pieces of art around it and the decor is cool - the bar and the rooftop are especially beautiful.
Disliked: I couldn't figure out if (or how) to close the skylight so the light woke me up in the morning. The pool was also not open for use which I would have liked- for a Brit it doesn't need to be 25 degrees for a swim.

Not 5* - The rate...

Liked: Location was central.Shower was good and the towels were soft and fluffy.
Disliked: Would not rate this as a 5* hotel.Lighting in room was really poor, especially the bedside light which was useless for reading.Bed very small.Furniture dated and worn.
