Wonderful stay

Clean room, close to all...

Liked: Location , just opposite is subway station. Close to all major attractions.
Disliked: No hot water in our both room. Ac works slowly.

Liked: The hotel is very good, you can't have any complaints about anything. It's easy to get to, it's practically in the center. All the attractions of Granada are within a short walk - it's a great location for a few days of sightseeing. The rooms are comfortable, the rooms are spacious. Comfortable and huge beds. There is no own parking, but you can use a large underground parking 5 minutes from the hotel. I didn't use the meals.

Good location and friendly staff,...

Liked: The hotel has a great location and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, which I appreciated.
Disliked: Both the room and the furniture were old, not just outdated in style, but also worn and in need of renovation. The fridge was empty and didn’t work properly. It couldn’t even cool a bottle of water. On the first night, after taking a shower, a bad smell came from the bathroom, possibly from the sewage.The staff offered to change the room, but they said all the rooms were in the same condition. ( they changed the fridge)

Liked: This was my favorite hotel in my trip. Gema, at front desk, is super friendly and goes out of her way to help.

Good value hotel

Liked: Good value for money, once you get your bearings it is good for walking into the centre. About 15/20 minutes. We used the map from the hotel and walked the main road once then cut through diagonally up to the centre finding lots of nice squares. Highly recommend Carmela fish restaurant we found en route back from the centre on Marques de Gerona. There is a bigger one on the other side of the centre. This is on the side streets near the centre as we headed back to the hotel. Taxis are reasonable 10 euro to The Alhambra. Breakfast v good too.
Disliked: Disappointed to find no water or tea/coffee in the room but facilities there. Once over the surprise there is a supermarket v nearby.
