Disliked: This hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars, No air conditioning, we slept with the open windows, the shower was broken and curtain room with holes, they don't care customer complaints. Booking don't suggest this hotel for future visitors because they are gonna waist money and Booking who is gonna reimbursement my money?Bad experience in Granada city.

Liked: The location was really good, beds comfy and shower good.
Disliked: The room is so warm! It has been cool in Granada until our final day which was very warm, but despite this, the room has been uncomfortably warm, goodness only knows how people cope in summer!

Liked: Location was perfect. Room and bathroom size ideal for 2 people. Very nice and helpful staff.
Disliked: Hotel is a bit old, and with not a lot of facilities, I would consider more as a 3 stars, rather than 4.Breakfast was OK, but a bit caotic as there was a big tourist group. Maybe they should plan it accordingly.
