Liked: Location of the hotel is great. Parking garage is really near and nice. It was easy to find and the staff was pleasant to talk to. Hotel interior looks beautiful. Ok ur friends room looked really great.
Disliked: The room didn't match the rest of the hotel - it was a weird "starry sky, space, peculiar lighting" themed room. We just needed a place to sleep for one night, so it was ok, but you can see the furniture is old and had brown stains, some stains on the bedding and something thet looked like blood stains on the toliet paper.

Liked: It was close to the city centre and airport train and public transport.
Disliked: Good location. I think they should provide drinking water to the room. With out saying simply to drink from bathroom tap. Even tap water is clean in Austria its bathroom tap. Better if there is a Glass bottle and glasses so they can refill it daily.

Central hotel suitable for a...

Liked: Quite central location (close to the train station with a service to the airport), decent room for a brief stay in Vienna.
Disliked: Small room- could be an issue for people with mobility issues; a bit worn off decor in the rooms. Basic breakfast.

Liked: The receptionist was very friendly, and I was allowed to have breakfast even a little after it had officially closed
Disliked: when we arrived at the hotel and opened the door, we were hit by an intense stench of smoke from the room that almost knocked us both over. The smell was so strong that we were genuinely afraid we might have developed severe lung cancer just from spending a very short time in the room. On the door, there was a large sign marked 'No Smoking'—clearly outdated rules, as the room reeked of smoke. The room was also covered wall-to-wall with carpets and had thick, smoke-saturated wallpaper on all the walls. There was no air conditioning or ventilation, and a noisy desk fan just circulated the thick smoke haze in the room. After a night in this smoke-filled room, it was a pleasant surprise that breakfast wasn’t served in an ashtray as well.
